1. Agreement
By playing Covern Café Story ("Covern") on the web, Android or iOS you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Covern is made by Totabit, Medan, Indonesia. If you don't agree, please don't play.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Covern for non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its art and music, except where the law allows it. Streaming and videos of the game are welcome.
3. Purchases
Covern Plus and theme packs are one-time purchases processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, following its refund policy. Purchased items unlock content inside the game only; they have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. Restore them with Restore purchases on the same store account.
4. Ads
The mobile apps can show optional rewarded videos from Google AdMob, only when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by third parties; we don't control their content, but you can report an inappropriate ad to us.
5. Accounts and cloud save
An account is optional. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it any time (how). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by attacking our servers.
6. Fair play
Please don't cheat in ways that harm the service or other people, exploit bugs to attack our servers or the stores, or use the game for anything illegal. Changing your own offline café is your business.
7. Changes and availability
We update Covern to fix bugs, balance the game and add content, which can change how things work. The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it running and your saves safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may end the service with reasonable notice in the game or on this site.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Totabit is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, such as lost progress or data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Apple devices
If you downloaded Covern from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we change them, the new version appears here with a new date. Questions: support@totabitstudio.com.

Dengan memainkan Covern Café Story ("Covern") di web, Android, atau iOS, kamu menyetujui ketentuan ini dan kebijakan privasi kami. Covern dibuat oleh Totabit, Medan, Indonesia. Kalau tidak setuju, mohon jangan memainkannya.
2. Lisensimu
Kami memberimu lisensi pribadi, non-eksklusif, dan tidak dapat dialihkan untuk memainkan Covern secara non-komersial. Mohon jangan menyalin, menjual ulang, membongkar, atau menyebarkan ulang game beserta gambar dan musiknya, kecuali yang diizinkan hukum. Streaming dan video tentang game ini dipersilakan.
3. Pembelian
Covern Plus dan paket tema adalah pembelian sekali bayar yang diproses Google Play atau Apple App Store, sesuai ketentuan masing-masing. Pengembalian dana ditangani toko tempat kamu membeli, mengikuti kebijakan refund-nya. Barang yang dibeli hanya membuka konten di dalam game; tidak bernilai uang dan tidak bisa ditukar atau dipindahkan. Pulihkan lewat Pulihkan pembelian dengan akun toko yang sama.
4. Iklan
Aplikasi mobile bisa menampilkan video berhadiah opsional dari Google AdMob, hanya kalau kamu memilih menontonnya. Iklan disediakan pihak ketiga; kami tidak mengendalikan isinya, tetapi kamu bisa melaporkan iklan yang tidak pantas kepada kami.
5. Akun dan simpan cloud
Akun bersifat opsional. Jaga kerahasiaan kata sandimu; kamu bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas di akunmu. Akun bisa dihapus kapan saja (caranya). Kami bisa menangguhkan akun yang menyalahgunakan layanan, misalnya menyerang server kami.
6. Bermain adil
Mohon jangan curang dengan cara yang merugikan layanan atau orang lain, memanfaatkan bug untuk menyerang server kami atau toko aplikasi, atau memakai game untuk hal yang melanggar hukum. Mengubah kafe offline milikmu sendiri adalah urusanmu.
7. Perubahan dan ketersediaan
Kami memperbarui Covern untuk memperbaiki bug, menyeimbangkan game, dan menambah konten, sehingga cara kerjanya bisa berubah. Game disediakan "apa adanya". Kami berusaha menjaga game tetap berjalan dan simpananmu aman, tetapi tidak bisa menjamin game selalu tersedia atau bebas galat, dan kami bisa menghentikan layanan dengan pemberitahuan yang wajar di game atau di situs ini.
8. Tanggung jawab
Sejauh diizinkan hukum, Totabit tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, seperti hilangnya progres atau data, yang timbul dari penggunaan game. Tidak ada bagian ketentuan ini yang mengurangi hakmu sebagai konsumen yang tidak bisa dikesampingkan.
9. Perangkat Apple
Kalau kamu mengunduh Covern dari App Store, Licensed Application End User License Agreement milik Apple juga berlaku. Apple tidak bertanggung jawab atas game ini maupun dukungannya.
10. Hukum dan kontak
Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Kalau berubah, versi barunya tampil di sini dengan tanggal baru. Pertanyaan: support@totabitstudio.com.
